Happy 2015 friends! I'm excited to be back and blogging! I took an unintentional/intentional break from blogging to give myself a chance to catch my breath after the holidays and hit the ground running in the new year.

This year one of my resolutions has been to do less but with more focus. Now that I really think about it I'm not sure that I'm actually doing less, but I can promise you that I'm trying! And that's the first step, right? I can honestly tell you it has been so freeing to allow myself to  stop trying to do everything. To learn how to hand off the things I can hand off and focus on the things I need to be focusing on. To be intentional and fully focused where I am. I'm convinced its the key to a happier, healthier life!

On another note, I am so excited to be sharing my new obsession with cloches hats and tassel jewelry! These, perfect for winter, vintage inspired accessories have always caught my eye, but it wasn't until this season that I actually gave them a try. I was pleasantly surprised by the versatility of these transitional pieces. If this is your first time trying cloches or tassels I would start simple. Pair them with basic solids or subtle prints and then go from there. I think you'll be amazed to see just how easily they can carry over into your everyday wardrobe!
